Navigator – Planning and Development Application

The Navigator Planning and Development Application was designed as an Interactive Development Tool to enable Consultants and their Alliance Partners to advise and guide Company Executives through the complex phases of planning, developing and implementing a comprehensive, customized HIV/AIDS Management Solution. 

The Deliverables from the Navigator Process include: 

• The HIV/AIDS Strategy Plan which includes the Goals and Objectives, the Policies and Procedures and the three key Supporting Programs:
  • The Business Impact Management Program 
  • The Prevention, Awareness and Education Program 
  • The Disease Management and Treatment Program
